ЗАРУБІЖНІ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ КРОСКУЛЬТУРНОГО НАВЧАННЯ

У статті розглядаються зарубіжні концепції кроскультурного навчання, починаючи з 50-60-х років ХХ століття, коли були закладені основи сучасних напрямків у цій галузі, а також пропонуються перспективи їхнього впровадження у вищу освіту України.
Застосування універсальних культурних асиміляторів, як показують численні дослідження, стає ефективним засобом формування ізоморфних атрибуцій, передачі інформації про відмінності між культурами, полегшення міжособистісних контактів у іншокультурному середовищі.
Розвиток концепцій навчання від культурного орієнтування – передачі абстрактних знань, – до навчання культурно модифікованій поведінці підтверджують той факт, що особистість не може бути підготовлена до ефективного функціонування в іншокультурному середовищі без належно організованого попереднього навчання, в основі якого лежить розвиток певних особистісних якостей необхідних для успішної кроскультурної взаємодії.
Аналіз досліджень показує, що даний напрямок є перспективним для його впровадження в програми навчання університетів у всьому світі.
