Тенденції загальної мистецької освіти в країнах Європейського Союзу

На основі огляду урядових ініціатив, інноваційних проектів автор визначає тенденції розвитку культурно-освітньої політики щодо загальної мистецької освіти і тенденції розвитку змісту цієї освіти в країнах ЄС, порівнює відповідні тенденції в країнах Західної та Східної Європи.
На основании обзора правительственных инициатив, инновационных проектов автор определяет тенденции развития культурно-образовательной политики в сфере общего художественного образования и тенденции развитии содержания этого образования в странах ЕС, сравнивает соответствующие тенденции в странах Западной и Восточной Европы.
On the basis of governmental initiatives and innovative projects review the author determines the tendencies of development of cultural and educational policy on general art education and tendencies of development of art education contents in the EU countries, and compares these tendencies in Western and Eastern Europe.
