Управління науковою роюотою в державних університетах США: структурно-функціональні аспекти

У статті схарактеризовано етапи становлення управління науковою роботою в університетах США, проаналізовано структурну побудову та функціональні характеристики діяльності адміністрації наукової роботи в сучасному американському університеті. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління науковою роботою у вітчизняному педагогічному ВНЗ.
В статье охарактеризованы этапы становления управления научной работой в системе высшего образования США, проанализированы структурное построение и функциональные характеристики деятельности администрации научной работы в современном американском исследовательском университете. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию управления научной работой в отечественном педагогическом вузе.
In the article the stages of development of research administration at American state universities are characterized. The structure and functions of research administration office are analyzed. Proposals for improving the management of research work at local universities are formulated.
