Характеристики автономного шкільного менеджменту в країнах Західної Європи

В статті розглянуто впровадження автономного менеджменту в школах Західної Європи, як альтернативу традиційним структурним та функціональним моделям управління навчальними закладами. Розвиток шкільної автономії в європейському освітньому просторі проаналізовано в контексті децентралізаційних освітніх реформ.
В статье рассмотрено внедрение автономного менеджмента в школах Западной Европы как альтернативы традиционным структурным и функциональным моделям управления учебными заведениями. Развитие школьной автономии в европейском образовательном пространстве подлежит анализу в контексте децентрализационных образовательных реформ.
The article describes the implementation of autonomous management in the Western Europe schools as an alternative to the traditional structural and functional characteristics of schools’ governance. The development of the school autonomy in European educational dimension has been viewed from the point of decentralizing educational reforms
