Підходи до освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня "магістр" у європейському просторі вищої освіти

У статті розглядаються особливості визнання наукових ступенів у Європейському просторі вищої освіти на матеріалі висновків і рекомендацій конференції по Болонському процесу «Наукові ступені рівня «Магістр». Визначено національні особливості практичного впроваджеення процесу визнання освітньо-кваліфікаційних рівнів і наукових ступенів.
В статье рассматриваются особенности получения ученых степеней в Европейском просторе высшего образования на материалах выводов и рекомендаций конференции по Болонскому процессу «Ученые степени уровня «Магистр». Определены национальные особенности практического внедрения процесса признания образовательно-квалификационных уровней и научных степеней.
The peculiarities of the degree award in the European Higher Education Area are considered in the article according to the conclusions and recommendations of the Bologna Process Conference «Master Degree». National peculiarities of practical applying the process of credit transfer and degrees validation have been described.
