Реформа американської школи як важлмва умова реалізації полікультурного визовання учнів у дослідженнях вчених США

У статті проаналізовані дослідження американських учених у галузі реформування школи як важливої умови реалізації полікультурного виховання учнів. Відповідно до ідеї полікультурного виховання, реформа школи означає трансформацію навчального плану на полікультурних засадах, зміни у стилях і методах роботи вчителів, а також в цілях, нормах і культурі школи.
В статье проанализированы исследования американских ученых по вопросу реформы школы как важного условия реализацииполикультурного воспитания учащихся. В соответствии с идеей поликультурного воспитания, реформа школы означаеттрансформациюучебногоплана в поликультурный, изменения в стилях и методах работыучителей, а также в целях, нормах и культурешколы.
The article deals with the analysis of the research of the American scientists concerning the problem of the school reform, which is considered to be an important condition of multicultural education of pupils implementation. According to the idea of multicultural education, the school reform requires multicultural curriculum transformation, changes in styles and methods of teaching, as well as in the school mission, norms and culture.
