Особливості професійної підготовки фахівців-андрологів у США

У статті визначено особливості професійної підготовки фахівців-андрагогів у США, проаналізовано процес становлення та розвитку навчальних програм у галузі освіти дорослих, а також охарактеризовано їх змістове наповнення. Становлення і розвиток теорії і практики підготовки вчителів для дорослих розглянуто як органічну складову педагогічної освіти у США.
В статье определены особенности профессиональной подготовки специалистов-андрагогов в США, проанализирован процесс становления и развития учебных программ в области образования взрослых, а также определено их содержательное наполнение. Становление и развитие теории и практики подготовки учителей для взрослых рассмотрены как органичный элемент педагогического образования в США.
The article characterizes specific features of professional education and training of andragogues in the USA, analyzes the background of graduate programs in adult education, as well as determines their content. Development of theory and practice of training teachers for adults has been presented as an evement pedagogical education in the USA.
