Регіональні особливості моніторингу якості шкільної освіти у Великі Британії та Півніяній Ірландії

В статті розглянуто структурні та функціональні відмінності в системі моніторингу якості освіти чотирьох регіонально-адміністративних частин Великої Британії: Англії, Уельсу, Північної Ірландії та Шотландії. Окремої уваги надано законодавчій основі цього процесу, а також зроблено висновки щодо загальних для Великої Британії рис забезпечення якості середньої освіти.
В статье рассмотрены структурные и функциональные отличия в системе мониторинга качества образования четырех регионально-административных районов Великобритании: Англии, Уэльса, Северной Ирландии и Шотландии. Отдельное внимание уделено законодательной основе этого процесса, а также сделаны выводи относительно общих для Великобритании черт обеспечения качества среднего образования.
The article deals with the structural and functional differences in the system of secondary education quality monitoring in four regional – administrative districts of Great Britain: England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Special attention is paid to common for Great Britain secondary education features of quality assurance.
