Стаття присвячена аналізу законодавства провінції Онтаріо (Канада), у якому відображені функції та обов’язки місцевих органів та посадових осіб, що задіяні у системі «спеціальної» освіти для учнів з особливими освітніми потребами.
Статья посвящена анализу законодательства провинции Онтарио (Канада), в котором отражены функции и обязанности местных органов и должностных лиц, задействованных в системе «специального» образования для учеников с особыми образовательными потребностями.
This article analyzes the laws of Ontario (Canada), which reflects the roles and responsibilities of local authorities and officials involved in the «special» education for pupils with special educational needs.
