Психосоціальні аспекти нагляду за докторськими програмами: європейський досвід

У статті розглянуто європейські підходи до нагляду за докторськими програмами, особливостей здійснення наукового керівництва, типів взаємостосунків наукового керівника і докторанта та проблем, які виникають у цьому процесі. Вирішальним складником, який детермінує взаємостосунки між керівником і аспірантом/докторантом, визначено комунікацію.
В статье рассматриваются психосоциальные аспекты европейского научного руководства и основные подходы в его осуществлении, а также проблемы, возникающие в этом процессе. Решающей составляющей, которая детерминирует поведение взаимоотношений, определена коммуникация.
The article reviews the psychosocial aspects of European supervision and basic approaches in the implementation of scientific supervisor, the types of relations supervisor and doctoral student and problems that arise in the process. The deciding factor that determines the behavior of relationship, communication is defined.
