Рівні педагогічної підтримки обдарованої студенської молоді у Великобританії

У статті розкрито актуальну проблему педагогічної підтримки обдарованої студентської молоді в університетах Великобританії у рамках загальнонаціональної стратегії «Молоді, обдаровані та талановиті», висвітлено підходи до дослідження обдарованості, моделі, а також аналізується педагогічна робота викладачів університетів Великобританії з обдарованими студентами. Проаналізовано проекти надання педагогічної підтримки обдарованої молоді на загальнонаціональному рівні – «Академічний успіх у школі», «Академічний успіх у містах», «Центри досконалості».
В статье автор исследует актуальную проблему педагогической піддержки одаренной студенческой молодежи в университетах Великобритании в рамках национальной стратегии «Молодые, одаренные и талантливые», показывает подходы исследований одаренности, модели, а также анализирует педагогическую работу преподавателей университетов Великобритании с одаренными студентами. Рассмотрены проекты педагогической поддержки одаренной молодежи на национальном уровне – «Академический успех в школах», «Академический успех в городах», «Центры совершенствования».
The article deals with the problem of university gifted student pedagogical support in Great Britain as a part of national strategy ‘Young, Gifted and talented’, different approaches of giftedness researches are analyzed, the university teachers work with gifted students in Great Britain is shown. The projects ‘Excellence in Schools’, ‘Excellence in cities’, ‘Excellence hub’ are presented.
