Менеджмент якості у шкільній освіті: зарубіжнй досвід

Статтю присвячено вивченню досвіду зарубіжних колег у впровадженні тотального менеджменту якості в освітніх закладах. Показано, яким чином можливо адаптувати цей управлінський підхід до умов школи, які переваги й перестороги існують на шляху його реалізації. Зазначена роль керівників шкіл, педагогічних лідерів у забезпеченні якісних показників роботи шкіл.
Статья посвящена изучению опыта зарубежных коллег во внедрении тотального менеджмента качества в образовательных учреждениях. Показано, как возможно адаптировать этот управленческий подход к условиям школы, какие преимущества и предостережения существуют на пути его реализации. Обозначена роль руководителей школ, педагогических лидеров в обеспечении качественных показателей работы школ.
The article deals with describing the world practice of the total school quality management. The way this process can be adapted to school reality has been shown; pros and cons of the introducation have been analysed. The role of school authorities and school leaders in school quality asurance has been shown.
