Розвиток концепції ефективного лідерства в теорії управління західноєвропейськоє школою

У статті розглянуто еволюцію поняття «управління школою» через призму адміністрування, менеджменту та лідерства. Серед досліджених моделей автор робить спробу виявити найбільш ефективну модель управління, яка б могла забезпечити успішне функціонування школи.
В статье рассмотрена эволюция понятия «управление школой» через призму администрирования, менеджмента и лидерства. Среди исследованных моделей автор пытается выявить наиболее эффективную модель управления, которая могла бы обеспечить успешное функционирование школы.
The article deals with evolution of the concept of management within the school organization, which was transformed from governance to leadership. Among the studied leadership models author attempts to identify the most effective model of governance that would ensure the successful operation of the school.
